CONTROL REGULATIONS.
WELLINGTON’, Feb. 12.
Regulations in connection with the control of the sale of flour appear in a Gazette. It is declared that, except by permit, it shall not be lawful for any miller to deliver 01' be concerned in the delivery of flour undr any cantnact. of purchases whether made before or after the coming into force of the regulations. No permit; is required for the delivery of flour in 5 ton lots to a baker for the purposes of his business. Bakers are phohibited from receiving from the same or different sellers more than five tons in seven days without. permit.
