The Allied conference decided io do its utmost to suport Poland : -t the Bolsheviks attacked, and emphasised that arrangements for the shipment of goods to Russia co-operative societies would cease if it was discovered that they were employed in equipping the “Red” armies. The conference vehemently denounced the criminal, loathsome class dictatorship of the Soviet, which openly defied its own proclaimed principles. CONSERVATIVE UKRAINE. EVEN RUSSIANS ARE FOREIGNERS.

VIENNA, Feb. 8.
Petloul'a.’s I'epl'osentative in Vienna says foreigners are not tolerated in the Ukraine, Where all Russians, Czarists, and Bolsheviks alike, are regarded as foreigners. Ukrainian farmers have risen and are conducting guerilla warfare against the Reds.

Polish representatives at the Baltic States Conference -at Helsingfors, interviewed, said Esthonian pacifist tendencies: have not found echo in other countries represented at that conference, which resvolutioned in favour of -coordinavtion oi-Tpolricy among the Baltic States with the Entente. According to the Wichzorna Gazette Finland has recognised W'hrite ‘Russia’s independence.
