TOWN HALL PICTURES. The crowds of patrons that frequent tho Town Hall will be more than, pleased to know that the Paramount programmes are again on view at that theatre. Now, we all know what Para-
mount programmes are. so seize every opportunity of witnessing these beautiful productions as they come to hand. To-night you have the pleasure of witnessing Lila Lee in her very best production. Such a little pirate. Think of a delightful tale of pirates, and hunt for buried treasure!. That is the kind of motion story that Lila Lee, the Lovely and youthful Paramount star screen-star had to portray in "Such a Little Pirate." There are bold, bad, men''" in it, but no bloodshed; so that the picture will charm the children—■ and also all those grown-ups who have not lost that bloom of mental youth without which adults are just ordinary humdrum people. Lose this, and you have lost your charm for ever! You make a point of seeing this picture! It will tell you whether your youth is dead, and if life has robbed your mind of its vital quality. It is the simple story of simple people that always has the greatest heart appeal. Pirates and simple human life? How can that be? Well, see the picture for yourself, and you will know. Lila and her old grandfather and the solemn old orang-out-ang, who takes his part in such a cunning old way—and "Bad-Eye" and his fellow villians; —all arc there. Of course, the pirates are not truly pirates. You know that all along. B'ut course, the pirates are not truly pirates. You know that all along. But all reached Treasure Island! "THE KIDDIES IN THE BUINS" AND '' THE AMEEICANO.'' These are two great Metro star at* tractions to be presented on Tuesday night, and they are very different to other Metro pictures, in so much as they are English-Made films. "The Kiddies in the Ruins" is a sublimS comeo of child-life in the war zone, audi is the sequel to "The Better Ole." "The Americano'" is the leader of a pirate band off old California. No rise in prices.
