TOWN HALL PICTURES. The large crowd that witnessed the doubl e star programme at this popular theatre last night went away more than satisfied with the splendid production thrown on the screen. For the first time in the history of motion pictures this stunt was performed by Tom Mix, the daredevil screen artist, and is to be seem in ‘‘Treat ’Em Rough,” a William Fox photoplay, of Western life, showing at the Town Hall to-night. If you saw Tom Mix in “Cupid’s Roundup,” “Ace High,” “Fame and Fortune,” or “Mr Logan, LbS-A.,” you will know what a big treat is in store for you in the latest Mix picture, J I believe that Mr Mix performs the J most daring and wonderful stunts of 'any screen actor. His horsemanship is unequalled. “Treat ’Em Rough” is based on the “The Two'Gun Man,” by Charles Alden Seltzer. It has a stirring love story, and tells a vivid tale of cowboy £ life. It takes you to the west, and shows you life on the plains in its true light.
