OBITUARY.

MRS ALEX. MANAGHH,

The late Mrs Managh, who passed away at the Taihape Hospital on I Saturday, was the daughter of Mr J. F. Dillon, one of Palmel'ston’s early setJtlers, coming from Greytown, in‘ the Wairarapa, in 1874, where she was born in 1863. The family to which she Ebelongedis Well and very favourably "known throughout the Wairarapa. and‘ ’Manawatu districts. Before marriage she followed the school-teaching profession, and taught in the Palmerston North Main Public School; she also taught in the public school at Halcombe, Where she met and married Mr Alex. Managh ‘in 1890. At the time of her decease Mrs Managh was -only 56‘ years of age, leaving la, husband, two sons, and one daughter to mourn her loss. ‘ The funeral took place this afternoon.
