MASTERTON, Jan. 22.
The members of the athletic team that is proceeding to Australia competed at the annual sports meeting of the Wairarapa Athletic Club ’to—day. A. W. Dormer won the 880 yamds Ila,ndi(‘.:lp from serareh in 2min 1 1-5800.
Munro won the putting the shot ovvnf with a put of 42ft 11—.‘_.in, and tl‘:l'owing the hammer with ll9ft.
C. Harvey was successful in the pole vault with ]oft 7m, and subsequcntly made an. exhibition {fault of llft.
