PRECEDENT FOR TRIAL OF EXKAISER.
The trial of -the ex-Kaiser will not’ be the first instance in England of such ' a proceeding against an ex-ruler of another relm. On October 14 land 15, E 1586, there was brought to trial in the ‘hall of Fotheringay Castle the fugitive Mary, Queen of Scotts, -before a commission of forty noble-men, pr-ivy councillors, and judges.
