PLEA FOR ECONOMIC RELATIONS.

PARIS, Jan. 14.
Two reports by General Pan, dealing with economic relations between France and Australasia, have been published. The-y point out the possibifitics of closer commercial relations, adding that France is already importing large quantities of Australian rabbits. France is anxious to return by exporting manufactured goods, especially clothes. General Pau suggests that rep”resc'ntatives of France be appointed at Sydney and Auckland, and -that there should be a reciprocal official organiser in Fl-'ance to facilitate exports.
