WATERSIDERS CEASE WORK TILL AFTER THE INQUEST. NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Owing ostensibly to the death of a seaman of the Rosamond, named William Hall, on the passage from Wellington yesterday, watersiders this morning refused tb work either the Rosamond or the Kittawa. which has partly discharged her coal. The port doctor ha s not definitely pronounced the cause of Hie man's death, and the watersiders gave that they will not resume till after the inquest is held this afternoon. There is no reason to suppose that death was from any infectious disease.
