9 TOWN HALL PICTURES. TO-NIGHT——SPECIAL PRO- ‘ GRAMME. _ A special programme has been se—cured for screening at the Town Hall to-night, the prenfxier attraction being Upton Sinclair’s sensational story, “The Jungle” in screen form.
