S.il',—-As» a visifcor to the Taihape Agricultural Show for the past two years, I have been struck by the absence in the home-Joaking elasslof three quickly made and very useful articlesof diet, namely, girdle scones, potato scones, and oatmeal cakes. In the large centres there is always a keen compe'tition for “the -three above-named.
