ADDING’TON STOCK SALES. 2 CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 10. At the Addington market store sheep was a larger entry, and the sale, though weaker at the :open'ing, firmed well to late vatols. Woolly wothor hoggcts 23/2 to 27/10, woolly ewe hog~ gets :31/3,, ,ordinal'y Eltooth _{Wether’s 20/3, 21/3, good 22/, 26/7, 2, 4;, and 6-tooth ‘Wefhers 24/10, 30/3, ordinary 4-tooth wet‘llers 22/8, 24/9, -good2forward 26/. 30/3, 4, aha 8--tooth wethers‘ 27/, 29/8, "ordinary 2-tooth’ 25/, 26/2, good 2 and 4-tooth ewes 30/1,. good .4-tooth ewes '29/1, 31/31, fairly good 4-tooth‘ woolly ewes 3,4/1,1, good, sound and f.m. owes and lambs (all counted) .19/6, 21/, inferior f.m. ewes with lambs 14/6, 18/5 (all -counted). good s.m. woolly owes with -l'::1mbsl to 24/6, 2, 4, 6, an:‘d 8-tooth woolly owes to 30/9.
Fat lambs: 1240 penned, as against 560 last week. Values declined a little. 1/ to 1/6 a head, ‘though not as much ‘as was expected.
