He pointed out fhaf. the session had been Lmprecedenfedly heavy, due largely to the time expended upon a. number of important I‘eeonstruet.io'n measures. The House would be asked to -alter the E‘t'all(lil)g Ol'«]e:'s so ‘that the Bills could be taken up in‘ next session at the stage where ~they had been left.
