The New York 'l‘i.mes’ Washington correspondent states that after Senator Fall and Senator Hitchcock interviewed President Vvilson, Senator Fall, in it statement, said that President Wilson seemed to be in excéllent condition, both physically and mentally, for 3, man,who had been ten weeks in bed. Senator Hitchcock said President Wilson was mentally most alert and physically he seemed to have improved gfcatly. ‘
