A FATAL FALL.
AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr Woodruff, a. commercial traveller from Whaketane, left the Wavera ley Hotel at 9115 o"c1ock this morning. A few minutes later he was seen falling from the balcony 0 lithe third floor of «Endean’s buildings to, the interior pavement below, a distance of 56 feet. He was breathing when picked up, but expired almost immediately_ .
