JAPANESE LAND AT FOOCHOW.
EXCITEMENT AMONG CHINESE. Received 11.20 a.m. PEKIN, Dec. 2. The landing of Japanese troops at Foochow caused great excitement among th 0 Chinese, who demand »the recall of the Japanese consul and a public apology. There is also a great deal of dissatisfaction at the action of the Japanese Consul at Tientsin, who demanded the removal of the chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce because of the boycott of the Japanese.
