AUSTRIAN EMPEROR'S TREASURES.
| LONDON, Nov. 29. An English syndicate has offered ten million steriling for the Austrian Emperor's tapestries, poid, silverware and objects d'art if the Allies will allow Austria to sell in order to use the money to relieve famine, but the syndicate fears that the Allies will claim the objects as part of the war indemnity
