TOWN HALL PICTURES. TO-MORROW NIGHT. It seems to be the ambition of the “Metro” people to make cach»succeer'l- - picture better than its predecessor, and the screen story to be shown this cveninglis aptly described as the latest 1919 sensation, entitled “Her .Inspirat_ion,’u’ it is a story with a spice of life and the thrill of eliticing adventure, in which that beautiful American actress, May Allison, has full scope for the display ‘lf her undoubted histrionic ability. The scene is laid in the heart of the hills -the stronghold of the mooll‘sh%xle2‘s, and depicts characters and incidents hitherto neglected by cinema managers and therein lies its pl'lncip:ll charm, The love story is treated in quite’ an exceptional manner, and" the wedding of “the Maid of the Mountains” is brought about in a unique manner. » THE KING’S. The story is out of the ordinary, and has plenty of acting and no padding. “William Desmond as the Honounable Billy, and Glo~l'ia Swanson as the little shop girl who suddenly attains wealth are both exceedingly happy in their portrayal, and the supporting cast is of unusual strength. Desmond is seen in a character difl:'er« cut to any he has previously essayed, that of a scion of 0'! nobility, ban];rupt, of course, and his charming personality shines through a performance that is particularly en'tert-ain-ing and attractive. The piclture is Well presented, and contains many scenes of splendour. No. 19 of the “House -of Hate,” a two~pa.rt. Keystone, and Gazette support the above. There is only one more episode of the “House of Hate.”
