D’Annunzio found the naval blockade of Zara relaxed. The garrison obeyed D’Anllunzio«’s order to retire. D’Ahlnunzio, in o. procl'a.m.a.tion to all Italian towns of the Adriati-3, promises the same deliverance a_s Fiume.
