A meeting of the supporters of ‘Gen.eral -Meldrum. the L-iberal candidate for Rangitikei, will be held in the suppel'—room of the Town Hall tomorrow night, at 8 o’clock. THE REFORM CANDIDATE. Gl-eat interest is being displayed in the southern portion of the Rangitikci eleictorate by “the supporters of Mr W. S.» Glenn, the Refonn candidates. Strong comnlitteeg have been formed everywhei-e, and his cause is being championed in a most enthusiastic manner. VVhcreVer Ml‘ Glenn has appeared he has created a most favourable impression by his manly, straightfol'Wa.l'd attitude. He intends to fight the contest out to the last ditch, but it will be a clean fight as far as he is concerned. MR BRADY AT DURIE HILL. ‘ Mr’F. C. Brady, Labour candidate for Rangitikei, addressed a. large meefing of electors at Durie Hill Schooi last evening. His speech was on the lines of previous ones, and was frequently punctuated by apfilause. “At the conclusion of his ‘address, the candidate was awardeda Vote of thanks and confidence in the party he represents. ‘
