NEW WINGLESS MACHINE. LONDON, Nov. 10. The Daily Mail's Paris correspondent states that the French Covernment has bought the patents for a Wingless twin engined aei-oplane. 0signed by Professor Leeoin and engineer, Daublanc, who claim it solves tne difliculties of vertical ascension -and slow fight as well as ability to remain motionless in the air. The machine is provided with twin fourblalled propellers, the blades being ‘built of material resembling the wings of an ordinary aeroplane. but much strange}, and each blade is capable of being given a change of angle, thus regulating the machinefis evolutions and speed. If the engines fail manipulation of the propeller will enable the machine to volpiane normally to earth.
