ABSENT VOTERS’ PERMITS AND SEAMEN’S RIGHTS.

Registered electors who anticipate being Misent -from their electorate on, election day, can, if’ they so dsii-e,_ secure an Absent Voter’s Permit or Sealnan’s Right as the case may be up to and including the day preceding the General Elections. Forms of application can be obtained from any Post Office or Registrar of Electors. It is absolutely essential that the application should reach the Registrar of Electors in time to permit of him‘ fprwai-ding the Permit or Se:unen’s Right, as the case may be, to reauh the applicant on or before election day. For further particulars apply to any Registrar or Electors.
