RANGITIKEI ELECTORATE. NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL. It is with regret I have to announce my inability to continue my candida"ture for the Rangitikei Seat. When It consented to allow myself to be nominated I did not realise that my health was such as to make it impossible for me t.o bear the strain of the campaign. However, my medical adviser has pronounced definitely against my carrying on the contest, and I have therefore decided to withdraw in favour of Major W. S. Glenn. I earnestly commend that gentleman to the loyal support of my fellow electors, the majority of whom, I fell sure, are anxious to see A strong and fearless Government returned to power.
