The case of a man who “imagined he oWed over a million, whereas he had a, good credit balance, came before Judge FQSSEH LOCR as Scarbomugll County Court, when Mr .T. L. Poland, Assistant Ofiieial {Receiver-, applied on the grounds of lunacy for the annulment of the bankruptcy of Richard Huntley, mercantile clerk, of Hull, and later a farm labourer, of‘Barmston. Mr Poland said that bankrupt filed his petition and was adjufiicated bankrupt in September, 1917. ‘He then represented his liabilities as be't‘we‘e‘n ‘two and three hundred pounds, »ainEll his assets as £2B. The sujggested liabilities, however, were found ‘to be quit‘e"illusory, his real liabilities being only £4 7/ and his assets ‘£2oo.
