The Licensing Act. of ‘last year .a.bolished the local option poll, except in noliccnscd districts, and in these polls on'the qifestion of restoration of licenese are to be taken, in terms of the 1910 Act, which requires a majority of three-fifths of the valid votes to carry restoration of licenses.
