MOTOR CAR FATA LITY.
CHARGE OIFMANSLAUG-HTER ' LAID. ’ AUCKLAND, This Day. ‘At the inquest. on the death of Beresford R_ Brayley, a returned soldier, the Coroner, Mr Wilson, S.M., found that the couision between the tram and motor car Was caused by Arnold Lecky driver of the motor car, leaving his proper side of the road to pass a tram car which he was following. Later, Lecky was oharged with manslaugher and remanded, bail in £IOO and his own surety of £IOO being fixed.
