The next sweep points prize ended in Messrs H. Belk and P. Spooner ‘fieing with eightbirds each, the former‘ just winnilfg' aftér 3. final struggle in the shoot off.

The last (but_. not the least) sweepwas for a_dis«tanco of 21 yards, all onequal footing, the winners turning upin P_ Spooner and W. McLennan, the fprmer just beating his opponent irrthe shoot off.

The president (Mr E. W. Spooner), after presenting the prizes, intimated to-those present that Messrs H. Belk and J. VVhittle have promised‘h cup to the value of £lO 10/ for the firsi; shoot next season, also a gold medal" from Mr H. D. Bond, which were both received with cheers for the dohors.
