Taihapc R.S.A.: Wicllington Land "Disitrict.-—Clover-lea. Settlement, nineteen sections, from 4 acres to -33 acres; average capital value about £IOO per acre. Two and :1-half miles from Palmerston North post offiec on Kairanga No. 1 Line. Applications close 31st October.
