WRONG MAN ARRESTED.
‘WANGANUI, this day. An unusual occurrence took place at the Magistrate "3 Court today when A’ man was charged Wm: tlfeft from a fel-low-boarder. The prosmiuiing witness immediately said he was not the righfi man. It transpired the summons was served by misfake in Ncizxv Plymouth. The Magistrate said he could not understand« how ’chc- mistake was maag, and dismissed ‘the case, allowing gaccused 30/ costs.
