During the month of Septem. ber, four new cases were entered, and one has left the district. Visits to , homes nxmlbered 114, and visitors to the Plunket. rooms totalled 84-339 adults i and 45 children. This meeting was called to make final arrangements for the special effort; in aid of funds! for the Society. It Was: decided to have street stalls erected om the Bank (Australasia), and Post Ofiicer corners. As the committee have to depend on the publie—-town and” country—_for donations of produce and‘. flowers, it is hoped that. in view of the importance of the effort, the responsewill be generous. Produce may be left at the stalls on: the morning of the .29th inst.
