From the kick-off Raetihi took the play into the local 25, where some hard forward play took place. Raetihi were pressing hard when Toby Bennett‘ snapped up and saved by sending the ~ attackers hack to midfield. Chase took the kick but failed to matcralise_ Taihape Raetihi 0 Play now livened up, the visitors rushing play to Taihapesf 25 WhereBennett again saved by a fine line kick and sent play to midfield. From now on play went up and down the field, and ended with Raetihi pressMr Kelsall acted as referee.
