Never since the fall -6‘: the Empire have the Parliamentary elections caused s__uc.h speculation. due to the fa‘-t that the Voting is by departments instead of districts. Eight};-seven electoral departments replace six_ hundred districts. An elector, instead of vot~ ‘ing for a single deputy, may vote for -as many as are allocated to his dupartment. The date of the elections will probably be in November.
SHARP AMERICAN NOTE TO ITALY.
