The annual general meeting of the Oteahape Farmers’ Meat and Produce ‘Company was“held in the supper-room of the Town Hall this morning. The balance-sheet showed the net profit for the year to be £4243, and it was dc:-~ éided to pay a dividend of 7 per cent, absorbing £2107. and to carry forward £2136.
