The matter may not. be considered by Cabinet till it is. seen what Lord Jellieoe has to say on air service in relation to naval defence. Lord J€lliCoe’s report will probably ‘come to hand before .the Admiral leaves Auckland, and some portions of if may be mcsented to Parliament before the SeSsion~e-nds. Of course there will be confidential portions of the repol3t which cannot be made public_
