Hon. Herries retains Native Aifairs, anrl'takcs in addition Customs and Marine, Inspection of Macliinery, Pensions, and Nafional Providenf Fund, and he will still be chairman of the Repatriation Board. A Sir William Fraser retains Public Works, and takes, also, Mines, Roads, Legislative Departmenats, and Public Buil'dings.. .
-Sir Frailcis Bell retains the officcs of Attorney-Geneml, Commissioner for Imniigration, and he becomes also Minister for _Education, Public Health, Hospitals. and Valuation. He and the Holi. Guthrie will take no new portfolios, but the lafter keeps Lands, Lanlls for Settlernenf, and Scenery Pre-
