‘ BOLSHBVIKS ROUTED BY A ' LITHUANIANS, SUING FOR PEACE. - LONDON, Sept. 2. The Bolsheviks claim the capture of the outer fortifications of Dvinsk, and the capture of four armoured trains equipped with machine-guns between flsebriakovs and Yelonovskaiw stations. They also claim to have reached a point 47 miles northward of Tsaritsyn. COPENHAGEN, Sept. 12. The Bolsheviks on the Lithuanian front Have been routed, and are now suing for peace. The Lithuanians are advancing towards Vilna, and are nearing the Polish frontier. : BOLSHEVJKS SURROUNDED BY LITH UANIANS. Received 9 am.
