PRINCE OF §VVAI.:ES. A PREMATURE REPORT. LONDON, Aug. 29. Official circles regard the statement from Melbourne that the Prince of Wales will visit Australia about- May as premature. SPEECH AT OTTAWA. OTTAWA, Aug. 29. The Prince of Wales, replying to a Government welcome, said he hoped Canadians would look upon him as a Canadian whose duties kept him elsewhere, as soldiers used to say in ‘France.
