Richard Hampton, president of :the Society, in the course of evidence, said the executive was very sorry the position had arisen. At the same time it considered it could not do otherwise than remove Lee from ofiice. The lotter had :1 bad effect wi.th some branches and raised questions regarding wiitness and the general seex~etar_\;. After hearing counsel on legal points, His Honour reserved decision.
