A special committee has finished its report to the German National Assembly on the best way of disposing or the castles and property of the exKaiser and his sons. The Berlin Palaces are for the most part to be used as public oflices, that of Prince Frederick Leopold, for instance, as the Ministry for Wireless. Others, such as the Marble Palace» at Potsdam and the castles at Cassel, are to become hospitals and convalescent homes. _ The immense royal castle at Berlin is to be turned into a museum, seat of the Ministry for Art and Science, The ex-Kaiser’s drug shop, formerly reserved for imperial ailments, will be removed to a part of the castle more accessible from outside and thrown open to the public. A large number of rooms will be let to relieve some of the Berlin houseless. But all objects of historical value as far as possible will be preserved. .
