(1) TOLAGA BAY HOTEL.—The house is a Very well known one on the Coast, and is the only licensed hotel ‘at Tolaga Bay, which is a th_l-iving dlistrict, 25 miles from Gisborne. It contains 31 bedrooms, various sittingrooms, commercial room, billiard room, etc. The house is commodious up—todatc, and has recently been renovated. The hotel is situated on about 14 acres of land, held on a lease, which expires on the 14th March, 1923. THBI'O is every indication of an increasingly lu'crative trade.
