I ROYAL COMMISSION NOT TO BE. APPOINTED. AUCKLAND, July 29. A reply to its demand that a Royal j Commission should be appointed to investigate tie complaints regarding the treatment of tubercular patients in Peatherston Military Hospital, has been received by the Auckland branch of the Returned Soldiers’ Association from Sir James Allen.
