A 'cribbage match between teams from the Fir© Brigade and the Town has been arranged for Thursday night, at S o’clock sharp, -at the Brigade Hall. Some enjoyable evenings were spent last winter, and this is the first of a ccries to be carried on through the winter months. The social and dance to be given in the Town Hall to-morrow night promises to be one of the most successful yet held. Practically all the tickets have been sold out, and a record attendance is assured. The music will be quite a special feature, and is to bo supplied by Mrs Jones, Miss McPhee, Messrs J. Sinclair, S. Dash, and others. The floor will be in excellent condition, and the ladies will see to it that the supper is first class.
