With German Trophies. , FIREWORKS DISPLAY, GRAND REVUE and FREE PICTURES_ ON SATURDAY, 19th JULY, (Cllildren’s Day) a MONSTER PICNIC will be held on the Recrezltion Grounds, Taihape. Hot water and milk will be provided. A procession of children will start from the Public School at 11 a.m.‘ in which a.ll children will be expected to take part, with Fancy Dress, if possible. PROGRAMME Crowning of Queen on ground; ‘- and formation of word “Peace_.”’ by 200 children Mapole Dancing, Highland Dancing, Physical Exercises, etc, ‘ - Heaps of Toys for the young children and afternoon tea for all children. Note. Children will bring other meals with mugs. 1 Monster Fireworks. Display Will be given.at dusk. followed by GRAND REWE. Mr, and Mrs_ Stan. Peyton and Company will appear in the Grand Revue 'at the Town Hall. King's Pictures will be free to all. TRAINS:-—The public. are reminded that no special or extra trains are available.
