The deceased’wa's on a visit to Mr. Wilson l Winjata, and after talking a while he rose‘ to go home, but fell forward, expiring immediately, Messrs. Swindells’and'Et'eveneauic, who were passing at the moment,‘ were called in, but Mr. Hart ,_vv'as beyond all earthly aid_ ‘Dr; Sinclair vvas called in, but could only pronounce life extinct, The sad news ‘was conveyed to Mrs. Hart, who herself in indifferent health, was I stunned by her bereavement. Mr. Hart; than ‘whom there was not a more generally esteemed man in’ the dis"-‘ trict, was about 50‘years of age, and leaves four children. ‘ Hart failure was the cause of ‘death, The symV pathy of allresidents in the Gifstriet, will go out to Mrs. Hart and family, in their sudden and sad bereavement.
