The Bolsheviks continue to advance, and are now two days’ march from Perm.- They have crossed the Kama river, Koltcha'k’s retreat continues without much fighting. THE LATEST INFORMATION. ARCHANGEL, July 3. A communique states: On the right bank of the Dvina the Allied front has been advanced to the river Selmenga. On the left the troops occupied Yakovlevsko Forest. Fires forced us to evacuate temporarily the front line on the railway front. The enemy’s positions on the Murmansk railway were assaulted and captured. The enemy retreated, burning bridges. The enemy’s losses on the Shutga Peninsula are reliably estimated at 500.
