OPENS ON WEDNESDAY. - Our readers are reminded ‘that flhe Winter Show of the Rangitikei A. and P. Association opens -on Wed-. nesday -and will continue on Thursday. With fine weather there should be a very large attendance of the‘ public as entries in. the various sections are large. despite an impropitioug season. Farmers’ classes have filled up beyond expectations; cooking preserves and homework depart_:ments are going to provide excellent Vfiompetition, which must prove parti- " cularly interesting to lady visitors. The exhibition of poultry will not suffer in comparison with former shows; the ‘entries are numerous, and there is ‘a quality generally apparentfrom what has'"already figured in the Palmerston Show that ought to draw the atention of every man who has El. spark of poultry fancy about him. Altogether, the show promises to be a more than averagely good one, and it ishoped the A ‘and P. Association will have all the patronage it is in the district’s best interest to give The Show opens on Wednesday at 1 :p.m., and will be continued on Wednesday evening and all day on Thursday.
