Wclliiigton had its big uart union day last week, and all over the town ladies 5 were selling tickets for tlre Trentham! Scholarships Art Union. The Total sum i realised was over £6OO from the d’é.y‘s ' sales, which speaks well for the splen-§ did work of the ladies responsible. Iti is hoped thravt other towns will follow: suit, and that during this month many thousands of tickets will be sold! throughout the country.
