GERMANY'S LOST COLONIES.
DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY. LONDON, June 3. It is understood enemy properties in the surrendered colonies will be sold, any debts due by the enemy owner being settled out of the proceeds, and the balance devoted to meeting reparation claims against Germany. The enemy owner will thus have to make a claim on Germany for the balance taken by the Allies on the reparation account.
