FIRE AT KOEKE.
SCHOOL BUILDING DESTROYED,
A fire occurred at Koeke yesterday completely destroying the Public Hall, which had been used a school for some time past. The fire started in the back of rt-he school when the children were present, and was burning for Some time before it was noticed. The children managed* to save the piano, which was the only article of any value salvaged. Miss Hayes was the teacher in charge. There were no insurances.
