RUSSIAN BOLSHEVISM.
many signs of decay,
LONDON, May 5
The Times, in this morning’s leader states that, there arc many signs of the break-up of Bolshevism everywhere. Budapest shows how monstrously the Allies would have been “fooled” if they had negotiated with Belakuu.
It would have been an insult to the Russians to regard Bolshevism as more than a grotesque mask, yet the Allies were recently on the verge of recognising it as the true policy of the country.
To this there is all-round opposition from Russia, who does not want our men, but wants a sincere, friendly, and unambiguous policy from the Allies.
